The epoxy-coated wall was badly cracked and damaged due to the exposure to moisture and heat. Epoxy coats are not at all UV Stable, hence the damages.

Thermo-Shield Exterior Wall Coat was applied on the wall - after repairs were executed. A Ten Year Warranty was issued in 2011. Nine years later, the wall coat is intact, the client is happy.
